Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind every shirt we make. Because every Created by God's Glory shirt is made to order, our return policy works a little differently than a standard retailer. Read carefully before placing your order.

PRINT QUALITY DEFECTS

If your shirt arrives with a print defect (cracking, fading, misalignment, or any production issue), we replace it immediately. No return required.

Email us at createdbygodsglory@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement within 24 hours of confirmation. You do not need to return the original shirt.

SIZING ISSUES

Because every shirt is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues. If the size is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or store credit at full purchase value.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering. When in doubt, size up. If you are unsure which size to order, email us before you check out and we will help you find your fit.

GENUINE DISSATISFACTION

If you received exactly what you ordered but are genuinely unhappy with it, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer store credit at full purchase value.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at createdbygodsglory@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and Printify to make it right.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless they arrive with a print defect.
